He actually wants to improve relations between Russia and The US and calls those in his party (and the democrats) who want to start WWIII with Russia over Syria or Ukraine Warmongering trash.
Americas real foreign enemy is China and Trump understands this
Then my vote would go for Trump (This does not mean that I have anything against China)
I actually think that Palin would turn off a lot of Trump's support and vice versa. Although they are both populists, Palin is popular with moralists/traditionalists which Trump is anything but.
Trump, after all, has "New York values" wheras Palin campaigned on the idea that places like New York are not even the "real America".
Cruz-Palin, on the other hand, would have the moralist and bible beaters peeing their pants with excitement.
For all that Trump has dismissed Rand Paul in the polls, I think that would be a challenging ticket to the Democrats.
What is the most intriguing about Trump isn't Trump himself, nor what he has to say, but rather that despite what he says Americans are still massively willing to give him their vote to lead their country's destiny.

This is very telling about the lack of trust Americans have in the government right now. I think very few of Trump's supporters actually agree with what he says without reservation. They just know they do not want "business as usual".
