Does walking really fast counts?

I try to jog every day but i couldnt today cause i had to do things after work, so, since i wasnt gonna be able to go running, i decided to walk instead of taking the subway, and i walked, fast, for about an hour and a half.

Does walking fast count? Sure it does!

By doing that, you help your mind fight stress. And, you help yourself fight osteoporosis, cancer, constipation, etc.

And you helped to increase your flexibility, among other things.

So, KEEP WALKING!

Did 45 minutes cardio on the elliptical today-- hill course which says I burned 510 calories but who really knows for sure. Followed by 15 minutes stretching and 15 minutes weights.
