Yesterday was 30 hard cardio, and today since I got a great night's sleep I am going to row for 1 hour on the machine.

10 mile walk plus scaffolding. I'm currently at 189lbs

Incidentally I've finally got a date to start gym which is the 28th of Dec, first time in years so wish me luck

Milestone day for me. I've reached 3500 miles as of my 12.6 mile morning run without any injuries the entire year, and still have two weeks left before this year ends- one can only be so lucky.
