Shoveling snow! Seriously it's the one situation when all those hours spent in the gym doing squats & weightlifting finally pays off in a real-world necessary way.

Hang in there! I remember when we had 30" freakin' inches of snow as well. ( about 4-5 years ago). My hour workout turned into an hour and half.

Well being so I got food poisoning in Cancun last week and now I'm sick period I can't believe I went to the gym. Did an hour of cardio and back/shoulders. I didn't do abs only because my stomach still hurts from the FP loveliness that comes with it
