Overhead press, machine triceps dips, triceps dips, dumb bell bench press, machine crunches, front pull downs and weighted decline sit ups.

30 minutes of cardio this morning, that was tough, but I needed it to wake up.

I did a 3.43mi walk/run this morning. Then I walked one of the dogs this afternoon for another half a mile, so almost 4 miles done today. Feels great!

2 Hour run is a lot. At my running speed, thats equivalent to running a half marathon.
