MWF are my Yoga, gym days about 90-mins of work-out time.
TThS are my running days. Longest run so far during this training cycle is 10-miles. Working up to marathon distance for a Spartan Ultra Beast in October (26+ miles, 70+ obstacles).

I was on vacation, so I took a break from last Thursday-Tuesday (although I did walk 10 miles on Sunday....) But...last night, 30 minutes of weightlifting. This morning: 3.75 mile run. Later: potentially another run (Ragnar training) and definitely some yoga.

This was only my third run since the NYC Half, I was doing ellipticals to listen to my screaming knee. Still knocked out a 26:30 5K pace this morning. No complaints.

I'm ready to do another hour treadmill. I have done this all week and generally don't work-out on Friday night.
