Went for a jog this morning and just did some of Beachbody's new dance workout Country Heat: https://www.beachbody.com/product/fi...nce-workout.do.

That's probably it for today since I'm heading to the gym early tomorrow before work.

I went for a walk and when I got back I did some dance videos on youtube, one of them being the Gigantic O.T.N. dance cover video.

7.2 miles at an overall 7:24/mile pace. I beat several PR's in this training run - 5 miles, 7 miles, 10K. The only reason I keep 5 & 7 miles as PR's is because I officially raced those distances once before. The half marathon is a little over two weeks away. At least I can say training is going well.
