I was very fatigued yesterday so 25 mins of cardio, 30 push ups, 3 mins 15 sec sit-ups

Lets see.....ran 4 easy easy miles, then I did an hour HIIT class (ZUMBA STRONG) after lifting on my own for about an hour......finished w/ a half course fitness class called CXWORKS (Les Mills).
40 mins cardio (around 150 bpm), 40 push ups, 3 min 15 secs abs.
