I do 30 mins. of kickboxing and 15 minutes of exercise ball workout. It's fund and very refreshing after. I really love to exercise because I feel lighter all the time.

55 minutes on the spinner whilst watching Monsters Inc with my 3-year old. Tonight will be some pushups and bodyweight core exercises... just about 20 minutes total for that part. ...oh and probably some snow shoveling here in a bit.

@rupertsilva10: I LOVE that you're working kickboxing into your daily workouts. I miss mine so because there are no good classes near me and I am not in a position to take any actual martial arts lessons. I have some bag gloves and I shadow-kickbox to music with my kids once or twice a week. But they're too little to hold the bag for me and that's what I really miss. I've been looking for a spot her at home to stow a heavy bag which would be a lot better than just air. Any other ideas? Feel free to PM me.

3 mile run on treadmill at 7 or 7.5.
Weights - chest and arms for 15 or 20 min.
Situps with weights for 10 to 15 min.
Bike for 10 min.
Bunch of stretching in between.

Pretty much my routine every time I go to the gym.
