So I was only doing light cardio last week due to the fact I hurt my back. Started back at it Monday with no issues. I'm below my target weight so I'm pulling back on cardio so I don't disappear
Flying to Miami tomorrow to help brother heavy clean/paint his townhouse to list Saturday. Will be going to the YMCA for gym while I'm there. I cannot wait for the eye candyyyyyyyy.
Every day, two 90-100 min sets of cardio on Nu Step recumbent trainer. About 1100 calories each set. Watching ABC news streaming, Alone, Naked and Afraid, Edge of Alaska on Hulu and Discovery + while exercising =)
