Leg day 2.0. 5 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of leg curls, and 4 sets of hip abductors.

I also did 2 consecutive minutes of planks today for the first time, so upping my endurance

So I was only doing light cardio last week due to the fact I hurt my back. Started back at it Monday with no issues. I'm below my target weight so I'm pulling back on cardio so I don't disappear

40 mins of cardio, back/shoulders, heavy abs.

Flying to Miami tomorrow to help brother heavy clean/paint his townhouse to list Saturday. Will be going to the YMCA for gym while I'm there. I cannot wait for the eye candyyyyyyyy.

Less than 3 weeks to hooker clothes in Vegas, lol

Every day, two 90-100 min sets of cardio on Nu Step recumbent trainer. About 1100 calories each set. Watching ABC news streaming, Alone, Naked and Afraid, Edge of Alaska on Hulu and Discovery + while exercising =)

Yesterday did 30 on elliptical, then various leg exercises (dumbbell squats, bodyweight squats, calf raises, reverse split squats).
