Bench press, incline bench press, bicep curls, triceps cable extensions and cable rows. Hit new PR on bench press of 320 lbs.

Monday - first day back after almost a week. actually it was a productive day, lifted, elliptical and treadmill

Tuesday - awful. tired all the way around. slogged through everything.

26 minutes on the elliptical
17 min walk on the treadmill (1 mile)
15 minute walk outside in the afternoon

Squats, lunges, planks, deep stretching, etc for ~30-45 minutes

This cooler weather in the morning is really killing my running game! I've been choosing to go to the gym instead of running outside, but there's nothing quite like a run outside.
