Worked out chest (back up to those 90 pound dumbbells!) and then 2 minutes strait planks. Planks are working my core in a way that the ab machine or crunches never did. I'm making good progress, too. Initially, I couldn't plank for longer than 30 seconds, so I've come a long ways and still more to go.
Working on crunches today/tonight! trying to do 1000 today
