3 mile walk/run this morning. Lots of workout sets yesterday, sore today, just going to stretch.

Today 30 minutes elliptical.

3 mile run/ some walking. Resting until about 830-9pm tonight. Then ripping the muscles all over again.

I did legs in the morning and now after a stretch of 2 hours I will do cardio to follow my split routine schedule.

Worked out chest (back up to those 90 pound dumbbells!) and then 2 minutes strait planks. Planks are working my core in a way that the ab machine or crunches never did. I'm making good progress, too. Initially, I couldn't plank for longer than 30 seconds, so I've come a long ways and still more to go.

Concentration curls, seated military press with dumbbells, tricep kickbacks. In the evening a 4 mile walk at about 4 mph.
