I don't like working out. It kills me when I work out to be honest. Since I don't just want to waste my time, I lift weights, do squats, then Pilates or stretching (Callanetics). If I'm having fun...it means that it's not a real workout. I'm just wasting my time.
I do it for health, body and mind. It helps me a lot. Every time when I have to start the workout I don't want to do it. I have to force myself to do it because I know that towards the end...I start to feel really good.
I know that I'm actually lazy but most of the time I work out because of my husband. He's into boxing, jiu-jitsu, lifting weights etc. He asks me almost every day stuff like:"Did you do squats today? Jut do a few sessions. How about Pilates?" so...I have to do it.
No, it's not fun. My cat loves it, she prefers Pilates, likes to practice with me.
