You can keep your feet wider apart until you get your balance. They take practice to get the balance down. I thought the same thing at first. LOL

You'll be out of breath and begging for mercy when after a couple sets.

Go as heavy as you can right off the bat.

I skipped my workout last night. I feel guiltly.
I'll get it back in gear tonight.

It's ok. I've been out for a little over a week due to illness. It doesn't seem like that long of a time but let's just say I felt pretty humbled today when I was in the gym. Plus my sinuses still feel a little clogged, so that didn't help my breathing.

Default It's been three weeks

Three weeks ago I decided to get back in shape. It hasn't been easy but I have made some progress. My waistline went from 34'' to 29''. I went to a clinic for a checkup today and came away with the following results:

Blood Pressure: 108/74

Glucose: 64

Cholesterol: 163

I wish everyone else good progress too.

It seems like it's going slow but I'm loving the results. I'm throwing a party when I officially get under 200. I need to post a new pic.
Congrats, I'm sure you're under 200 pounds by now.

One of my friends at work started that. I never heard of that workout. I found some info. about it here.

He told me it's a pretty intense workout and it's apparently working for you, too.

Yes, I did. Progress has been a lot slower lately though, but I can't complain. Before this training I regularly ate a large pizza by myself in one sitting. I went to the buffets 3 times a week and ate up to 7 plates of food each time. I am a small guy with poor genetics. Any fat I have is collected around the belly, which looked like that of a small frame 8-month pregnant woman at times. My goal now is a 28'' waistline. I am able to wear my 28'' small dress pant as of this morning.

Progress at 5 weeks. Me wearing 29'' jeans.
