That's not unusual, OP. I know at least a dozen 45-54-yr-old women who look younger than her. 52 isn't what it used to be. Also important are not smoking, and using alcohol minimally. Getting enough sleep through adulthood is also key. People keep thinking of the 50's in cliche terms: the stereotypical granny. Those times have been over for quite awhile, for many women.
I do wish that woman in the article would stop baring her teeth, though. It's not attractive. Kind of frightening-looking.

No way can she pass for her 20's. You can always tell how old people are by their eyes (I think age ads a depth to eyes that the young just don't have) and her eyes definitely look like those of a 45-55 year old. She looks her age to me--and I mean that as a compliment.
I think she looks in her 30s in most of her pics, which is still younger. She looks younger in a few and older in some others, just depends on the pic. She looks great, though, and obviously takes great care of herself.
She is very attractive and it is obvious she takes good care of herself. No way does she look in her 20s, as someone else mentioned, women get a very wise and knowing look in their eyes -it's a look I have now in my 60s that I didn't have, even in my 40s. I would have guessed her age around the mid 40s.
I didn't much care for the goofy-toofy smiles, though - LOL. Not really a good look.... so much prettier when she has a more normal expression.
