That is a cute dress. I don’t know how old your mother is, or what kind of figure she has, but that dress is not for everyone. I’d like it on my 20 year old granddaughter, or my 30 year old DIL.
If his mother would want this dress, she must have a great figure. It sure wouldn't work for me!
Mother's Day is coming up, and I would like to impress my mom with something nice, but not too expensive. On Amazon, I am seeing a lot of brands that I never heard of, and I don't want to buy her no-name junk.
I was wondering, does anyone know some good mid-range women's clothing brands? I know she isn't into athletic styles, nor is she into preppy styles (I know what you are thinking, but I know that isn't her style).
Looks like it is a spring product, so it may not go on sale until at least June. Since this product is Dillard's exclusive, that also probably adds to the price.
Its strapless, does she often wear strapless dresses? Its also a hideous baby pink, is this a color your mom likes as opposed to what you like?
The suggestion of taking her to chicos and picking out an outfit for you to buy her sounds great! take her to lunch too. This way she can pick what she likes and she can pick the right outfit for her size to try it on.

Does Chicos even have dresses? I know White House Black Market has some.
OP, I like pink too but I think the style is for a much younger woman. It would look really nice on my 23 year old daughter.
I actually considered buying my mom a New York & Company gift card, but unfortunately they charge for shipping even on $50 gift cards (it has to be above $50, not $50 and above), and don't offer e-gift cards.
I would recommend Calvin Klein.com, there are times of the year when items are marked down 50% AND you can get $50 off $150.00 with free shipping on $99.00. Some items are machine washable, but I found out by accident that I haven't met a CK sleeveless top that cant be washed on the gentle cycle even though its marked dry clean only. I would be wary of washing suit clothes and some dresses marked Dry Clean only.
Another respectable brand that also gives good deals, most recently I've seen them offer 50% off everything including sale items, but that happens only a couple times of year - Land's End.com. They have nice sweaters, and great bathing suits that if you catch them at the right time are downright cheap.
