I'm sure all those hot 70 year olds will regret that tattoo.
Yep, I'm sure when those 70 and 80 year olds are strutting their stuff in bikinis on the beach they'll be super worried about the saggy or faded tattoo.
When I'm 70, I'm fully planning on going back to my bubblegum pink hair (maybe even sport a mohawk again) and be showing off my wicked tattoos. I'm gonna be one badass granny

I think the tattoo fad is stale now, but I'm a sucker for dark haired females with full sleeve tats. Something aobut that combination uffs with my psychology.

Is it just the conservative side of me, or are tattoos (tats) the most disgusting, repulsive and grotesque eye sores on the human body and complete turn-offs?
I tend to agree with you. I hate seeing tatoos on otherwise beautiful girls and women.
This is what I said in another thread titled "Don't teenagers and young women worry about the stigma of tattoos?":
Because of massive socioeconomic segregation and relative lack of hardcore working-class types on TV, I don't think new young people are even exposed to the type of people that used to be associated with tatoos (those from the "wrong" side of the tracks, if you will). Also, tatoos are much more acceptable nowadays and people who are considered "cool", but aren't uneducated or even necessarily trashy/ghetto, can be seen in person and on TV with tatoos. Plus, If somebody is far enough the other side of the social spectrum from the trashy/ghetto types or those "from the otherside of the tracks", they know they won't be mistaken for those types and so tatoos become more attractive.

To me it is, but that is only my opinion. To each his own. I'm not into tattoos or body piercings or even any type of body modification, there are a few things I enjoy but in a moments notice that can be gone unlike tattoos and the other things. One thing I have a hard time figuring out is where do peole get the money to pay for all of this?
Maybe when you are in your 20's so much body art might seem OK, but really, 10-20 years, 30-40 pounds down the road, you might more resemble the side of a building in a bad area in the Bronx.

I'm not a tattoo lover but some people like them. Generally I think the smaller and less visible, the better.
I like to look at tattoo magazines, but for the most part, I just can't fathom what is so important that people want on their bodies for the rest of their lives.
