Do you think I am naive and foolish? If so, it is a good time, as i have nothing else to do anymore.

It's without a doubt going to continue to gain new residents for a very long time to come.
There is a house above citrus cove, I think it is called Citrus Cove? It is located way out of the way and close to the coast. I think the asking price is about 1.2 million. If I purchased that house it would be very quiet, very remote. Would you come visit me?

You're posts are positive, witty, and show a level of wisdom and maturity that many others on this forum are clearly lacking. Other posters could learn a lot from you (myself included).

Of course, it could just be the name - OldDocKat makes me think of this:

OR is it more like this:

Please report that creep! Ugh!

If you put someone on the "ignore" list, they can't still send you a DM can they?

You are welcome my dear I always try to take the high road whenever possible

Default On the other hand

Our move to Florida actually LOWERED the population of Florida.

The buyers of our home in the Raleigh area of NC were from Florida and then we bought the house in Florida from people who then moved to Raleigh, NC.

How odd is that coincidence?
