I got 1 left that is in school and we are wanting to move to florida. I'm looking for a safe and affordable city to move to where schools are rated really good and colleges as well. Also a city that doesn't have BSL. I'm looking for a 4 bedroom 3 to 3.5 bathroom. Friendly yet low crime rate as well.

There are plenty of options, you need to be more specific. With that being said I would say Orlando (Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Celebration, Winter Park, Lake Mary).

That's a major IF. $75k in Tampa and Orlando is a rather nice salary. You can support a family and own a home with that.

$75k in Milwaukee might translate down here, or a job might pay you more like $50-60k here. You gotta do your research.

75K a year is a lot for a Florida salary, you can king like a king with that salary especially if you are single and without kids.

^I wouldn't go that far. Good neighborhoods still have price premiums, cars are the same price as everywhere. School loans aren't much different.

Someone making $75k who is single certainly shouldn't be living paycheck to paycheck, but I would hardly call them set. Especially with how volatile the FL economy and climate is. You need A LOT of savings built up to have any feeling of security.
