Tonight was pork loin chunk on the grill, mashed baby red potatoes, gravy for the crew...and spring green salad with onions and tomatoes...tomorrow...leftovers...
Last night was cube steaks and roasted potatoes with gravy and a side of green beans. Not feeling up to par today, think I'm coming down with a cold. The grandkids had runny noses so............
Not sure about tonights dinner yet. Have to do my volunteer work at the Humane Society again today so I'll figure it out when I get home.
Cube steaks with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and sweet baby peas with pearl onions. Banana bread for dessert.
