Friday night is homemade pizza with the family night - my portion will be fresh mozzarella, fresh chopped garlic, cashews & garlicky tomato sauce - the carnivores in the family will have same as me but add leftover grilled beer brats diced up. Chardonnay or Merlot or perhaps finish up the Sam Adams rolling around the crisper drawer!
The broiled Catfish that I was going to make for tonight's dinner is put off until tomorrow night. Dear hubby took me to Outback for dinner. I had Alice's chicken breast with bacon, mushrooms and melted cheddar, with baby back ribs and fries. dh had grilled sirloin, baked potato and salad.
