Meat loaf is in the oven right now. That way I can just heat it later to serve. I'll probably make potatoes (nuked! LOL) and steam some broccoli to go with it.

I am going to make an Ina inspired Thanksgivingesque meal. Cornih Hens baked with cornbread stuffing, roasted brussel sprouts and roasted rosemary infused red potatos...everything in the oven!

Last night I had German egg noodles with Alfredo Sauce. I'm sure I committed a cuisine faux paus, but it was delicious. I had a salad to go along with it.

Leftover pork-chop stir-fry (ginger, soy, garlic, hoisin, black bean paste flavorings) with shredded cabbage, onion, and carrots.

Had it wrapped in tortillas last night, think I will try putting it on some lovely sourdough french bread I bought at Corner Bakery. Sounds unorthodox but that loaf of bread is huge and looks really good.
