I have pork tenderloin defrosting, some veggies- maybe broccoli or cauliflower.... carrots..... a side of corn and maybe stuffing.... we will see. It is going to be hard enough to just get my kids to eat the pork.... I wish they weren't so picky.....
I'm going to cook up a big bunch of fried catfish. I might yell Yeehah!!!! Then I will eat. Horseradish. Lemon. Yeah, well, great stuff. Maybe some fries. Other stuff, too. Yeah....
This is so weird!!!!! I was going to make something with a Pilsb pie crust, so browned some sausage and ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Changed my mind, so googled recipes with bulk sausage and ground beef. Found Cavatelli recipes. I have never heard of it before! LOL
Ended up changing my mind on that, so added salsa, a hunk of velveeta mexican and some taco sauce. I now have a great dip. I would love any ideas on what to put this on - besides the normal dipping chips, crackers etc.... Wonder if it would be good on noodles or rice - or would that just be messing up a good dip?

what you originally had right there would have been great with the cavatelli, mixed it up with some parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper would have been real good (also throw in some garlic that was sauteed with olive oil)- delicious- Cavatelli is a pasta, ALMOST something along the lines of a gnocchi
