I soaked some fat lima butterbeans over night, so I will "roll a log over them" before I cook them up with a pile of ham in them. DH is wanting fried porkchops, but I am thinking he is getting oven broiled porkchops and chicken. HOmemade mac & cheese, leftover taters and onions, salad, rolls.

It is SOOOOOO hot.

I'm going to make a rotini pasta salad with bell pepper, celery, carrot, sweet onion and black olives. If I throw in the fresh mozzarella chunks we could live of this for a couple of days.

Mmm pasta salad sounds so good. Def have to fit it in this week sometime.

We had hm honey mustard chicken strips, carrots and the kids had some box noodles. Had read somewhere to mix some of the Durkee onions with the breadcrumbs for the coating before oven baking and I have to say none of us are fans. It was edible, just, but I'll stick to panko or breadcrumbs and parm from now on.
