Maybe this is more used by others, than I realize. But at least among my real life friends, I don't hear often about others I know using nutmeg. I love grinding nutmeg into drinks, especially egg nog whenever the holiday season comes around from November-early January. When most often, you'll find egg nog in stores. Sometimes you do get lucky in stores, and see egg nog in stores as early as mid to late October. And occasionally, I've seen at least Dean's sell egg nog also around Easter.

Furikake, which is rice seasoning, but also makes a nice flavored butter for anything (like steak).

Dry garlic chutney, spicy and garlicky, just add salt and you can't go wrong. Coconut chutney.

15 kinds of soy sauce, or it seems that way when I'm looking for the one I want.

For baking and desserts: Mochiko, agar agar powder, pandan powder, rose extract and rosewater, orange blossom water, fruit powders.

I can't be the only one that uses Ajinomoto.

[edit] I just remembered that Ajinomoto was the secret ingredient in Mikey Bustos' mother's adobo.

Never heard of banana ketchup before. What store did you find that in?
It's a spicy garlic sauce. It has a bit of a kick, not really hot to me, but you may feel differently. It's great on eggs.

I use agar agar to make coconut milk jellies. Not a fan of pandan, so I use ginger lemon tea in them.
They're my go-to low-carb dessert.

Do you use molds or just cut squares? Ginger lemon is delicious, but my fave is coconut coffee.

I like nutmeg. Have added it to French toast and oatmeal along with cinnamon.

I just finished scrambled eggs with Sriracha ketchup. No, not really hot, just a bit of pizzazz.

I'm glad others like it too, besides me! Even though I had to post online,to finally realize others like nutmeg a lot too.
