Whats`s on Tonight`s Dinner Menu? (liquor, ingredients, bbq)

Made hash with leftover swiss steak, potatoes & carrots. Vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

Tonight is a lazy night for me since hubby was suppose to make it back home (he works out of town most of the year) but got pushed back a day or two.

So I am having some cheese ball I whipped up (cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion and deli ham, chopped and mixed up) and wheat crackers.

Pork cordon bleu with butter sauteed veggies (chard, mustard greens, arugula, bok choy, squash, carrots, and jalapenos) and a side of homemade pico. Tried to keep it all paleo but a slice of provolone snuck into the pork! Oops!

Fried Largemouth Bass, steak fries, and a garden salad. I'm stuffed.

Pot roast with fingerling potatoes and a side of steamed broccoli. Also had some pear slices to go with it.
