Tiny pieces of stir-fried boneless skinless chicken breast simmered in a Thai curry sauce over rice on a Garlic naan. Had to use a knife and fork to eat it!
P.S. If anyone has any garlic naan recipes I'd love to see them -- mine was store-bought -- still good but I'd like to learn to make my own!
We're staying at Lake Tahoe this weekend and did a long bike ride today, with a decent sized lunch. Dinner will just be small salami, pastrimi, turkey with pepper jack cheese wraps, along with some freshly cut fruit.
Bacon cheeseburgers with grilled onions and mushrooms and french fries. Sweet iced tea to drink and pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.
Saturday: sliced ham, eggs, leftover veg from earlier in the week
