We ended up having the soup I made with grilled tomato and cheese. Mine was FF cheese on pumpernickel.

Oh that sounds tasty....will have to tell my hubby about that one. He is our resident egg chef. YUMMMY.

Soup turned out great, have enough left to have some for lunch tomorrow.

dh wanted what is called dough burgers. So, I made them and we had chips to go with them. oh easy dinner. and it was just the two of us. how lovely.
