The fish sandwiches hit the spot along with some Rice-A-Roni. Now I'm going gently into the night with me giant glass of green tea. Wish there was dessert but alas there is no chocolate to be found.

Elston you just reminded me of my late grandmother....she would have a huge piece of cake with her saccharin for her tea.

Mine too. A big slab of her home make pound cake with cream and then saccharin in her tea and coffee too. Never gave it a thought back then. Adolescents have more bigger things on their mind I guess.

Thanks! I will definitely be trying this one!

We are having italian-spiced chicken, fried shrimp, mexican rice and green beans. ha!

We're trying to eat all the random stuff in our pantry because we're moving Friday, and I hate packing food (well, I hate packing general - who doesn't?) We use moving as an opportunity to clean out the fridge, freezer and pantry - then on Friday we'll go to the grocery for the new place - if I have enough energy!

Decision made -it's rigatoni bolognese, homemeade garlic bread and ceasar salad. I think a wee glass of Pinot Grigio may be sipped alongside

Happy evening to all
