If the hamburger is defrosted tonight we are having enchilada casserole (if hubby is willing to make it) Last night I wasn't very hungry so I just had him make me a couple slices of toast.

They were very good, not sure what he did, onion and cilantro and kidney beans and some tomato and lime juice and some sweetening and spices....cooked a long time on a back burner....then he had some folks over his house and they got into them so he added more beans and what ever his "secret ingredients" were......

and there you have his "changes in latitude changes in attitude", "last mango in paris", "spider john", pink sportcoat and a white crustacean, Pascagoula plateful. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

We ate those babies up!

Calcium, nuts, I applaud your healthy choice.

Just to be safe you may want to add another basic food group.

Like chocolate!

I'd have a little (soup bowl) dish tonight of the chocolate pudding but 1, the wife might not approve and 2, the key lime might not approve. Now I got my ways of working around needing the Mrs. approval but after I down the key lime I've lost all dialog....

At the risk of making the gourmets here a bit ill, I will share what we're having for dinner tonight: canned tuna, simmered in a combo of pasta sauce & red wine, over thin spaghetti, topped with parmesan cheese.

Cyn - That was a lot of corn. Glad to hear you finally made it out of the kitchen yesterday. I don't think I have ever even tasted an artichoke, but you made me want to. Maybe next time I'm at the store...

Gem & Lacey- I love linguine and clam sauce! It sure beats my canned tuna fish. LOL.

Denise - Can I send DH to your house for lessons too? A fab dinner AND clean up. Lucky gal!

You've all convinced me to do a chocolate pudding check.. Yep, two boxes

Oh good....hubby agreed to BBQ tonight! Yes!! We're having steaks and baked potatoes with fresh sliced tomatoes. We just took 4 hours and went to the nearby lake to fish. I caught five catfish. I kept throwing them back because we usually only catch one or two---by the time I caught the last one and it was the biggest, we decided to bring him home and have him with the steaks. I'm exausted from standing in the sun half the day! Time to do our P.O. run and then back home for dinner!
