My brother and I loved them as kids. They were in a silver foil package, and had a cute striped tiger on the cover. The candy themselves had cartoon animals on them, such as the tiger on the orange ones and i think a hippo on the purple ones. They were sort of like sweettarts, but were more sour and a little softer.
We last saw them in the late 70's
That sounds like this gum I used to get when I was little. Fruit stripes or something like that???
Mustard Combos and regular Mars bars (which I think they may still make, but just not distribute in my area).
Just had one this afternoon, they're one of the biggest selling bars out here on Canada's west coast. Mayhaps you could get one of our Canadian members to send you some if you can't find them anywhere close stateside.
I went shopping to use up some coupons a few weeks ago, and Pillsbury came out with frozen biscuits around 2001. One of those, as I recall, was garlic knots. Well, I thought to myself I have this coupon for Pillsbury frozen bread [and you got something else free, or a dollar off something else] and I can get some of those garlic knots. They didn't have them in that store at least, just two or three other variations of it.
I don't know if you can get Nehi anymore, haven't seen that or Five Alive in stores for some time now.

Also Healthy Choice had a Salmon with Penne Pasta entree as part of their Cafe Steamers line and I haven't been able to locate it in over a year. The only healthy frozen dinner that I liked which wasn't bland.
Banana frosted flakes was my favorite cereal as a child. I also enjoyed Cream of Chicken cup o noodle soup which had bigger sized noodles than the ramen ones. Those were yummy but alas, they are history as well.
Stouffer's makes something called "Harvest Apples", baked Jonathan apples seasoned with cinnamon. I don't know how close that comes to the escalloped apples, because it's been a long time, but I liked the escalloped, so I bought the harvest.
