I have the fresh tomato, frozen spinach but NO avocado.
The avocado was one of the large Cuban types and buttery smooth. Used some olive oil mayo on it. Have three more incubating.

Chumbotha.... an old italian recipe. It's a vegetable tomato based soup that can be had Hot or cold...

The summer in the NE is best time to make, as all the fresh veggies are in!
Not much in a typing mood but basically Zucchini, Green Beans, Mushrooms, small Onion...bit of Basil S/P, couple of cans of
pastene crushed tomatoes..add some local grown tomatoes for more flavor (de-seeded) bring to a boil and simmer until the
veggies are soft..
Good stuff

Nothing -- incredibly pissy day at work and my stomach is in a knot. If I eat now, the best I can hope for is heartburn from hell. The worst.....well, let's just not go there, hmm?
