What's on Tonights Dinner menu? (2013, part 2) (red wine, burgers, grilling, mushroom)

Leftovers or Oatmeal and toast, whichever he wants when he gets home.

Tonight's dinner:

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Wild Rice with cranberries
Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrot mix

Some leftovers and freshly cooked vegetables tonight:

Steamed zucchini and squash over a bed of broccoli leaves, basil infused rice and cornmeal encrusted wild Alaskan Pollock with a slice of fresh lemon.

California (brand) white pizza. A whole one. All by myself. (In my defense I have eaten maybe a cup of chickpea curry today and nothing else, worked a nine hour day and I am FAMISHED.)
Too busy these days to spend much time cooking healthful stuff!

A big saute of cabbage, onions and a wee bit of bacon, Aidell's chicken sausages and some crusty bread.

Beef Stew with Cornbread

Update:

We had a mixture of leftovers and oatmeal.
The leftovers was vegetable beef barley stew warmed up for the neighbors who came over and the oatmeal was for us along with toast.
Then we all had lemon cake with cool whip for dessert.
