My favorite are the wings and the thighs, although I also like the heart and gizzard.

any parts that are dark, they are more moist than white meat IMO

I love the neck, wings, legs and even the pope's nose (the turkey butt). Wings are classified as white m eat now. I guess so that wing places can charge more. KFC sure does. Dark meat is OK, but mostly I like the skin.

My husband will pick apart the carcass clean if I let him LOL. I am sure he's eaten the "Oysters".

Does anyone else cook their turkey upside down (breast down)? If you find white meat dry, try it this way. The dark meat on the top has more fat in it and trickles down into the breat meat making it more moist. It also makes the "tying down" of the wings unnecessary because they are tucked down around the breast on the lower part of your pan.
