Creamy fettuccine chicken bake (basic cream sauce with parmesan, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and bacon added).

I only have papparadelle in the house.... should that work? Or should I go buy the fettuccine?

We have lots of leftover veggies so we can choose from them. The black bean corn salad with cilantro vinaigrette over the sweet potatoes was really good last night so I may be calling dibs.

Threw a pork steak in the Crockpot to be served along with a Crockpot potato and one of my favorites - broccoli leaves from the garden.

Tonight we have German "Bratkartoffel" (pan fried potatoes with onion slices and caraway,salt and black pepper and pickled herring filet in white wine (from Costco),a shot of Enzian Schnapps and later a 2 liter bottle of red mulled wine (from the Pelee Islands)and left over Christmas cookies in front of our fireplace
