I have a package of sun dried tomato chicken sausage to use up. I am thinking a pizza. So far I am wavering between a spinach, feta, sausage with a light white sauce with sundried pesto sauce I have OR a zesty lemon artichoke hearts and sausage pizza with a fresh tomato sauce and italian cheeses.

Will serve a crusty garlic bread alongside and a salad.

Got to try the creamed chicken recipe someone posted earlier (in last year's thread #2, I think). But instead of having it over cornbread, we'll have it over rice.

Deli pizza with feta cheese, red peppers and spinach. Oh, and pesto added to the toppings.

Hi there, can I join in?

We are having...gluten-free mac and cheese and smoked sausage. It's a very easy breezy night here...and kid-friendly! I gotta get back to my low-carb stuff, though. I gained way too much weight over the holidays.

Veal Saltimbocca in my slow cooker, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans and carrots. Since the dog is out of food, he is having the same meal as the rest of us minus the garlic mashed potatoes.

I cook for my dog all the time, I just make a batch that lasts all week and add the vitamins, supplements nutrients he needs right before feeding.
