Tonight I have portabellos, green bell peppers, red bell peppers and zucchini squash marinating in olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper and fresh basil. These will be grilled and served with whole wheat tortillas, hummus and sliced avocado. We put it together like a fajita.

I am going to grill turkey, ham and cheese sandwiches....thick sandwiches. I will have Progresso tomato soup and dp wants some clam chowder I made a couple of days ago. (He also told me he really doesn't like sandwiches for supper...but cheered up when he realized they weren't cold sandwiches.
