Warm lentil salad over mixed greens, with lemon infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My best friend bought me these infused olive oils and flavored balsamic vinegars for Christmas so I am trying them out.
Chicken breasts in a sherry wine crème sauce, rice and salad. This isn't our usual steak dinner on Sundays but it is just as good, if not better and I am not about to go to the garage even to get a steak out. Our temps here just keep heading down!!!!
Organic chicken cutlets sautéed in evoo and minced garlic. Yesterday I bought a package of fresh veggies cut up, so I'll sauté them also. So far that wil be it.
Snow is wet & heavy been coming down steady since about 10:00am glad I did a lot of cooking the past few days. Lots of leftovers just to warm up so tonight I'll finish off the pulled pork not sure what else yet might just be that.
