Beef BBQ ribs, dry rubbed yesterday then on the smoker today for 4.5 hours. 1 hr of very light hickory smoke, then low heat at 225-250 for the rest.

Homemade BBQ sauce on for the last 1/2 hour. Mmmmm...

Rib eye, oven fries with garlic, coconut pies. It was a late night.

lasagna made with ground beef and italian sausage and sauce made from homegrown tomatoes
peach cobbler with locally groswn peaches we bought yesterday at our wonderful Farmers' Market

Yeah, after reading the posts I am getting my dinner envy back...not good but nobody's fault but my own for being too lazy to cook everyday!

Leftover chicken thighs but I think I will stop by the grocery and pick up some veggies for a delish salad and potatoes for...some type of potatoes with dinner.
