Tonight I use up leftovers and will make a casserole dish with layers of thin potato slices, thin sliced roast meat, thin apple slices, sautéd brown onion rings, dabs of butter and bread crumbs mixed with black pepper and Parmesan cheese. To drink sour lemon water. For dessert fresh strawberry slices over my homemade plain yogurt

The casserole sounds like what I am doing and it has no name: we have left over gravy from our braised pork the other night plus a few veggies. I will combine the gravy with the veggies after I cut the veggees up a little. Then cook up some ground beef and use German noodles. What will that be? Who know, beef and noodles maybe, sorta hash, maybe or just plain left over mess. Anyway, that is dinner with an added kale or green salad. Well actually the only part that sounds like yours is the left over part.
