Ham and Cheddar cheese on wheat bread with lots of ripe juicy tomatoes. Orange juice to drink. I'll snack later on either juicy and sweet cherries or Cookies 'n Cream ice cream.

Left over BBQ country style pork ribs- I usually don't serve the same thing 2 nights in a row but everybody loved them and asked for the leftovers to night.
Mashed potatoes
sliced homegrown tomatoes
Red Lobster knock off biscuits
decaf iced tea
blueberry muffins

Haven't had time to cook in a bit and since the family is starting to whine: Shrimp Caesar Salad, Cheese/Prosciutto-stuffed Chicken Breast Fillets (sun-dried tomatoes and an herb cream cheese), Fettucine (tossed with garlic butter and herbs), don't feel like making dessert so I found a bag of caramels and crushed pecans in the pantry and they can melt/toss that over vanilla ice cream.

Potato salad and cheesesteak sandwiches. I got some thin sliced beef at the store today, but I've never made them from scratch before.
