Haven't had time to cook in a bit and since the family is starting to whine: Shrimp Caesar Salad, Cheese/Prosciutto-stuffed Chicken Breast Fillets (sun-dried tomatoes and an herb cream cheese), Fettucine (tossed with garlic butter and herbs), don't feel like making dessert so I found a bag of caramels and crushed pecans in the pantry and they can melt/toss that over vanilla ice cream.
Tonight we have Saag Paneer (spinach with cheese cubes),Makkai ki Roti (cornflour roti),homemade yogurt with roasted cumin seeds, green chilies, mint and water to drink. For dessert rice pudding with cinnamon and a cup of Indian masala tea
