Kids are coming over this pm to set up my new computer and will probably stay for dinner> I am checking with them to see if they would rather have sausage links (chicken with blue cheese and wine) that I got last weekend or would they rather have grilled chicken thighs and breasts? that will determine what else we have.

Having guests over,so I am making a roast with mushroom sauce,garlic mashed potatoes with a bit of sour creme whipped under, broccoli,Brussels sprouts and baby carrots with butter and tarragon. Tonight dinner will be boneless pork chops with horse radish, and a baked potato with some sour cream. Perhaps a small salad, too. Will enjoy with a Sierra Nevada pale ale. If I have any room for dessert, raspberries and whipped cream are in the fridge.
