I added a cumcomber salad with fresh basil and tomatoes to our dinner. The chick and veggies are really ready but it is a little too early, so guess we will eat in about 30 minutes. We skip lunch on weekends thus it is early dinner for us.

Yesterday for supper: Texadelphia Philly cheesesteak.

Tonight at the Case abode? Grilled sirloin steak with two baked potatoes (butter, chives, ranch, and bacon bits).

I'm gonna have a chicken sandwich -- homemade of course, with leftover grilled chicken.

Already ate at the Slavic Fest in Youngstown OH. We had a variety of pirogi, - potato, onion, mushroom and sauerkraut, cheese blintzes with sour cream and blueberries, Haluski, (cabbage and noodles) cucumber salad with onions and radishes.

Desert was apricot roll. And those amazing dancers.

A good time was had by all. I love ethnic festival season!

I made sweet and sour chicken, steamed rice and corn on the cob. Sooo good!! Simple meal for a rainy Saturday night.
