Spent the day at the ocean so having a lazy dinner tonight. Grilling Delmonico steaks for me and my husband, tenderloin for the kids. Grilling zucchini to go with it and I picked up potato salad at the butcher's on our way home.

Roast lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, mint jelly, spaghetti squash, and a mixed heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella and basil.

BBQ chicken, a summer squash, zucchini, potato, onion thing I make on the grill, bbq beans on the grill, garlic bread on the grill. Home made vanilla ice cream with hot fudge sauce. Ice tea.

Ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread, with half and half tea and lemonade. Banana pudding pie was for dessert.

I am HOPEFULL to have some GOOD TASTING MOSTACCHOLI tonight!!!!

We are making it with MEDIUM CHEDDER CHEESE instead of the Aldis cheese....... IM TRYING TO GET THE SAME GOOD FLAVOUR I HAD WITH VELVEETA (Before they went to SKIM MILK)
