Nothing good. We had an awesome lunch of organic burgers, and salads, so are picking through a bunch of odds and ends for dinner...fried clams that were in the freezer during a long power outage, and taste funny, potato salad and maybe few other things.
Pan-seared pork loin chops; sliced, oven-roasted sweet potatoes dressed with lemon juice, EVOO, Italian parsley & red onion; sliced tomatoes from the garden.

Last night was a fried egg sandwich and some kale chips. And it was Friday so splurged on dark rum mixed with Diet Dr Pepper. The brand name was on sale so bought it, but I think I actually like the Shasta version just as well if not better.
Tonight we are having scallops wrapped in prosciutto, grilled, basting them with melted butter mixed with lemon juice. Corn on the cob and wild rice to go with.
