Still clearing out the freezer/pantry so a mish mash of stuff. Found frozen package of brisket burgers. Will serve burgers on rye bread and swiss to use both up. Also found of all things frozen plain hash browns so I am making a copy cat cracker barrel hash brown casserole recipe. For dessert, nutella and special dark chocolate chunks cookie. (I had a random nutella jar and XL Special Dark chocolate bar)

We will see if any of it is good. lol

Made my homemade spicy noodle soup with No Yolks, spinach, and scallions. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Made a small lemon cake with lemon icing for dessert.

I cut up the leftover turkey wings from last night and added a mushroom cream sauce, chicken broth, peas and carrots to make a turkey pot pie.
