Today we had a big birthday party for the now nine year old. We ordered different pizzas and a sub platter from Papa Ginos. Its a local pizza chain. So dinner was really a late lunch and finishing off the leftovers.

I did not eat dinner, but had lunch at 3:30 on my break at work, which happens to be a vegan taco place. I had rancheros which (here anyways) is two fried tortillas with scrambled tofu, refried beans, a spicy salsa, onions, crema made of blended tofu, and pickled onions.
