Papa Murphy's BBQ chicken lite pizza with red onion and fresh tomato for me and DS, DD is having the lite chicken, spinach, artichoke and bacon pizza with arnold palmer's to drink. Dessert is a cinnamon wheel made with oats with lite cream cheese drizzle. Happy weekend ya'll!

Tonight is going to be whatever we can scrounge up at home without going to the store. Probably some homemade veggie burgers that have been in the freezer for a while, and some leftover quiche.

A peach nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices stone ground whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a large mug of tea with a bit fat free milk and a teaspoon of sugar.

Since I gorged on Domino's last night (thin crust with sliced Italian sausage and green peppers) and then the leftovers for breakfast (thin crust with bacon and onions), I will be keeping it light for dinner. Just a smoothie of honeydew melon, mint, and cucumber.

Broiled flounder with a spicy lemon-butter sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, grilled corn on the cob, steamed cabbage, sliced tomatoes, and garlic bread. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Cubed watermelon with blueberries for dessert.
