Three mile island fried chicken on top of a Caesar salad. Lots of unsweetened tea.... enjoyed the Cat fights on the big screen while there. Those women fight dirty..
Flounder sauteed in butter and white wine with lemon slices, parsley and dill, corn on the cob, farmer's market tomato and cucumber. We ate the tomatoes and cukes while we cooked, and ended up pouring the pan sauce, juices over the corn. Wow! That was better than I thought it would be.
We went out for lunch yesterday and I have a little of my garlic shrimp left. I think I will just add more shrimp to it, make a salad and probably either mashed potatoes or some squash.
