Changed my mind, making bacon and onion congee. It smells amazing right now. Will serve soft boiled eggs with it.

I had this at a Greek Fair a few weeks ago and my family is clamoring for it - Greek Pasta.

Linguini with a lemon and olive oil sauce tossed with chopped Kalamata olives, Greek seasoning, fresh diced tomatoes - from our garden - and lots of crumbled Feta cheese.

Accompanied by a spinach salad with tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions and home made Greek dressing.

A glass of Pinot and ice cream for desert.

Daughter wants grilled steak/ chicken, fresh sweet corn on the cob, salad, and baked potato all the way. Sounds good to me and since she is heading off to college in a couple of weeks I am going with her ideas.
